The eco cottages are available for self catering letting or short breaks on a B&B basis. We can be flexible so please feel welcome to ask and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

To make a booking please contact us by email or telephone. A 25% deposit will secure your booking and payment in full is required 4 weeks before your arrival.
With short notice bookings we can agree terms when you book. Payment can be made by cheque made out to Veronica Devereux.
We understand that cancellations are sometimes inevitable. We are only able to make a refund of the deposit or the full payment if we are able to re-let the cottage you have booked. Some travel insurance policies cover refunds.
For our B&B guests we provide organic / local ingredients for you to prepare your breakfast at your leisure. Breakfast packs are also available for our self catering guests.
This includes: Cereal, yoghurt, bread and butter, homemade preserves with a continental option. For a cooked breakfast we provide our own or locally sourced, sausage, bacon, eggs and tomatoes.
Self catering rental weeks normally run from 3pm Fri / Sat to 10 am the following Friday / Saturday.
Bed linen, towels and energy costs are all included in the price.
Dogs are £10 extra a week and we ask that you bring their own bedding.
Both the eco-cottages are non smoking
We provide some essential supplies such as tea, ground coffee, milk and sugar, bread and eggs. Further supplies can be obtained nearby in Bampton or Dulverton.
We provide a meal delivered to your door on Wednesday evenings , full details are provided in the cottages.
