Both cottages are spacious with large living areas and have been equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay.
Lime Kiln Cottage is on one floor and has an open plan kitchen/dining area, a living room, double bedroom and bathroom with a wet room /shower. Being on one floor it is ideal for wheelchair users.
Stone Quarry Cottage is on two floors, and has an open plan kitchen/dining area, a living room, an upstairs double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath.
Lime Kiln Cottage is dog friendly. We welcome dogs and there is plenty of space to walk them in our woods. We just ask guests to be mindful that our chickens do very free range and do wander around. You will find most pubs are dog friendly too.
Both cottages are light and airy and are self contained with a secluded garden backing onto our woodland and a terrace to the front. There is individual parking beside each let.
We provide organic linen and towels and a welcome pack or organic / local produce.
Underfloor heating is provided by our wood boiler and hot water from our solar panels.All heating costs together with wood for the wood burner are also included.
For those that enjoy cooking the kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. We can provide a breakfast pack comprising of our own / local produce for guests should they wish. The ingredients for breakfast are provided for those staying on a B&B basis.
Internet access (wi-fi) is available in the cottages.
We have a pair of bicycles that guests are welcome to borrow. There is also storage space for your own bicycles or canoes.
